hi guys i have a court case coming up where by my daughters mother (my ex) is trying to say that steroids make me aggressive and that either i stop them. or i do not have overnight access with my daughter ....just for the record there has never been any physical violence between us just a lot of arguing as we had a bad relationship..and to add ive never been out scraping or am even known to the police for any reason especially violence... anyway.. im hoping to disprove the publics version of roid rage in my case which she has cleverly taken on board and thrown at me in a bid to stop what she already knows is my ambition to do, as its not the case with me im very placid whie on cycle and was not on cycle while with this woman im attempting to sway the courts in my favour

ive done a little research but havent found much in my favour in the way of factual evidence. i was wondering if there was any? and if so, a point in the right direction..

ide like to have the free will to decide wether i cycle or not, in all honestly i live and breathe bodybuilding all be in at a amateur level but i do have plans and dreams of persuing it and competeing in due course..

appreciate anything you guys have to offer /say.
      many thanks in advance sean162

Well how is she going to prove that you taken aas? She might say she's seen steroids in your possesion, but what does she actaully know?

Are you Test levels gonna be measured?

Sound like a sh!tty cheap trick, by a daft solicitor. But women, at times...........

Steroids do mess with ur head mate, whether that be depression, rage, sadness or happiness, your hormones have a say in your emotions big time and taking steroids is messing with the natural balance of your bodies hormones. Sorry to say there is no proof to say otherwise but maybe just be calm, factual and intelligent with your reasoning and hope for the best. Either that or take the plunge and agree to give them up as seeing your daughter ought to be more important. Sorry mate

Hang on a minute, it's not up to you to prove that you are not aggressive, it's up to her to offer evidence that you ARE.
If this is going as far as court then the onus is on her to prove that you are aggressive and your daughter will be at risk, you don't have to do anything, accept get a brief to tear her testimony to pieces. That shouldn't be a problem given what you have stated above regarding your placidness

I would deny steroids unless she has proof if she has proof you take them she has too prove your aggressive and violent, if she has no proof your good just be calm and cool

Mate, I'm going to be frank.

If I was risking access with my kids I wouldn't be messing about trying to be clever and make legal history.

Those steroids would have been in the bin the second there was even a hint that it could risk me seeing my kids.

Sorry forgot to add i was open about my use in the past as they were going to test me after the first hearing and i had used in the past 3 months im not ashamed of it and didnt try to hide/denie it. Mars i agree with what you are saying but surely the public opinion and the evidence that is available to prove her theory correct in steroid users would work against me? Quite a sensitive issue

Its all her way o manipulating me and controlling my life. I initially took her to court as she stopped access to my daughter claiming my new partner was a psycho and wanted to kill her daughter. We have disproved these allegation with mental health assesments and gp reports. She has now gone to her second box of ammunition amd is now using my steroid use as her main priority as we have disproved her first line of action
