eating 1500 calories a day @ 200 lbs, 50g fat, 150g protein, 100g carb, been doin it for 1.5month now, haven't seen any results, nothing in my lifts have changed(didnt even go down), all my calorie calculators say i should consume 2400-3000 calories daily, this **** makes absolutely no sense, my friend doesn't even understand why im not losing weight and he makes all kinds of gains (he just laughs at me and says i have some syndrome because i cant lose weight). im counting my calories correctly, i measure all my food and count it many times before i eat, ive tried IF, and 6 meals a day, still nothing is happening. im going to reduce to 1k for a week, if i still dont lose any weight, im going to reduce to 500 for another week, if nothing again, im reducing to 0, will probably lose all my muscle, keep my fat, then i will be forced to cut it off. im getting mad. 1.5 month 0 results 0 weight loss. and yes, i do lift. any thoughts?
about to give up and just eat 0 calories If you think you're accurate, get some metabolic testing done.
about to give up and just eat 0 calories maybe ur making the mistake of counting cooked food weight instead of uncooked?(like u count as if u ate 100g of cooked rice instead of 100g of uncooked rice) Maybe ur metabolism is super slow for some reason? Like the person above said do some testing and see wuts up
about to give up and just eat 0 calories you really want to eventually die? because you will if you adhere to your plan.
about to give up and just eat 0 calories It is very easy to miscalculate your caloric intake. Just stuff like not properly measuring your TBSN's could easly wind up being a 500 calorie difference for the day. But you are right in that if you not losing weight then either eat less or increase exercise.
