      Hi all ,

      I have just turned 21 weigh around 13 stone and have a little excess fat that I want to sort

      I have just got some dianobol 100 tablets 10mg

      My friend advised me to start off taking 3 a day and cut the crap out my diet eat 3 times a day breakfast dinner and tea no snacks

      How many pints of water should I be drinking a day and should I take tablets morning dinner and evening ?

      I don't go to the gym and do very little exercise .. I will be riding motocross weekends which tires me out so suppose that is an exercise but also have a multi gym I will start using

      Could anybody advise me what to do for the best and what exercise to do on multigym ?

      Also I have heard gyno as a side effect ? What can I do to prevent this

      ditch the dbol, join a gym, eat properly,read read read

      Hi , thanks for the reply I know I should listen to your advise but I want to be bigger ( but not fat) more muscly and ripped

      You're in no position to be taking steroids mate. Hit the gym, eat clean and try to keep that up for a year or two first.

      Come on mate, got to be serious, no point even thinking about taking them when you don't even train...

      Motorcross isn't an exercise, these are your bodies hormones you are messing with here so you need to be serious about your training and goals

      You would get better results with Creatine mate haha

      1st Sort your diet out who ever told you just 3 meals a day slap them lmao you need about 4-6 small meals a day (not crap use google to see what you should be having) make sure you get at least 1g of protein per lb of body weight.

      When you've got that sorted get in the Gym.

      Then after a year or two you can think of going on the Juice.

      Listen to all of the above!!

      I dont believe you need to reach your genetic potential before you take steroids, but you should have a good understanding of training, diets and supplements, aswell as the drugs you are taking and their effects on your body.
