      Compounds rather than isolation

      Stick with basic exercises dont forget you grow when you rest so dont overtrain and eat a good varied balanced diet.

      Training advice you would give your 18 year old self if you could

      Put down the donut, step away from the cookie jar, stop drinking 10 pints a night and thinking its ok to be fat as I play Rugby. Oh and stop lifting more than you can handel just to impress! Litern to the S&C coach for the Rugby team you will learn stuff!!
