      does anyone have random days when they are more hungry than usual ....today is one of those days !!!
      ARGHH only just had my 10 am meal of turkey mince and veg and a peach ...and im starving again !!!
      what is wrong with me !!! #

      Yep, although not so random - usually after heavy stones or a heavy squat workout I end up upping my kcals by around 2000.

      yep, if im being strict with food i just drink a few pints of water to fill me up and sit it out.

      Constantly, can be full after a meal then 20 minutes later could eat that same meal again!!
