      I'm 16, almost 17, and I still have trouble swallowing pills. I now have success swallowing small pills, but I can never swallow big pills.

      When did you first learn how to swallow pills?

      You can swallow a bit of food can't you? What the hell....

      Practice swallowing grapes.

      All this swallowing talk....

      When did you first learn how to swallow pills?

      if its a tablet you can break it in half
      take a sip of water first to wet your mouth
      now put the capsule as far back on your tongue as you can get it
      take a big drink
      back goes the head and ........swalllow

      Well of course but it's different. I get scared when I have to swallow pills

      When did you first learn how to swallow pills?

      The way I was taught was to place the pill all the way in the back on your tongue and then drink water and it helped. I still do it that way
