      would have a can of coke (140 cals) really hurt me that bad if i have it as an actual meal?

      the sugar and carbonation is able to hold me over for a few hours. as long as i fit it into my calories for the day (1800) will i still be ok?

      Why would you waste calories on coke? Eat some more food and have a coke zero.

      Get a 12oz Redbull Zero or Sugar Free Redbull instead. Not as much sugar and crap in it, but you still get the energy and appetite suppressant without as many calories.

      Yeah that stuff will give you a ton of energy and blunts your appetite and.... oh youre talking about the soda nvm. I thought you meant

      But yeah If it fits into your daily macros its not gonna kill you, but at the same time its still a waste.
