Hi, need some advice on bulking up?

You need to buy more weights then, and an adjustable bench, can pick one up from Argos for under £50.
      Google these exercises-

      Db row
      Db bench press/incline/decline
      Db flys/incline/decline
      Db shoulder press
      Db side raises
      Db lunges
      Db squats
      Goblet squats
      Db stiff leg deadlifts
      Db shrugs

      Better than nothing!

Hi, need some advice on bulking up?

Where I live The cheapest gym is £40 a month I would really prefer to train at home. Is this a major problem? Once again thanks for the quick replies

Hi, need some advice on bulking up?

Not trying to be harsh but then you have just failed before you have begun, of you can't afford to join a gym there's no way in hell you can afford the gear you will need at home, can u really not afford £5ish a wk for a gym?
I'm outta work living on £50 a wk and I still go 3-4 times a wk
