1 month bulk progress pics! I have no clue how I could've gained fat. I only drank Like 2 sodas a week and I have metabolism through the room. barely any fast food and trained hard. I don't know. I guess I felt like I gained but didn't. but its only a month. I guess I'll keep going and just not eat anything but clean. I did gain strength tho. thanks for opinions
1 month bulk progress pics! At your size fat gain is not the worst thing in the world, give your bulk some time and make sure you're lifting hard and resting enough. Don't sweat the fat gains worry about that when you have some size.

1 month bulk progress pics! Those are great gains. Keep doing what you're doing and get as much juice out of the newbie progress as you can. At some point strength gains are going to come way slower, so milk this **** for all it's worth and then reevaluate. You've done well.
