      as above. it comes and goes for me sometimes i look forward to it, and really enjoy it. other times i just cannot be bothered. i always keep training regardless, and havent stopped in years. how is everyone else? i know people who train purely for a means to an end, hate training, hate the gym, just want to be big etc others dont want to leave the gym

      I cant remember the last time I felt like i couldnt be bothered to go to the gym. I love it.

      I love it dont feel normal if im not aching from my last gym session

      But saying that i was hit an miss for years and wondered why i never made any progress

      Ditto, i love it. Without my workout in the morning i feel like sh*t for the rest of the day.

      who here enjoys/dislikes training?

      My body gets "depressed" if I dont train.I dont think ive missed my weekly workout in 3 years.The harder, and fatiging the better.There is only one thing worse, than an intense leg session.Missing an intense leg session
