      Do you deadlift?

Absolutely I do. In the past I've competed in powerlifting, but right now I'm focusing more on bodybuilding and have pushed deads to the end of my back workouts so my numbers are down a bit compared to when I was powerlifting. I pulled 700 at 241 lb in my last competition.

I train with and without a belt. Going without a belt will definitely help strengthen your core, which will carryover to when you do put the belt on, but your numbers will be a little less without the belt.

Hardly ever. Only if I am doing a lot of sets and my back or abdomen is fatigued.

I do them but I don't go heavy due to injuries.

I do real heavy deads, and do not use a belt.
