      Guys,

I am only posting this for thoughts and to see if I am a million miles away in my thinking to others. Please don't start any sort of racism etc or I'm sure it will be deleted.

I work with someone from the Eastern European block. Their attitude is very different to the majority in the office and comes across as aggressive(she is a girl) but I don't think she really means it.

I find she is out for herself and doesn't care who she batters in the way as long as she 'wins'...I try desperately to overlook some of the comments and ways but its impossible.

Does anyone else find this with people they work with who are foreign?

I find it in all areas of life in London with people from "different" or "foreign" so-called "cultures".

Also sick of hearing it justified along those same lines, too.

Even just standing in line in the supermarket or on public transport watching people from overseas who think it's ok to "get over" on others any way they see fit.

Some "cultures" find it perfectly acceptable to steal from those not within their social group. Others to sexually abuse and exploit young girls ie children.

These are not just my opinions - just watch the news. Any news. Even the BBC occasionally stray or stumble onto the truth.

      Scream "racist" all you want.

If I didn't know where she was from and she didn't open her mouth I'd probably agree with you!

She is going to be ambitious because she's travelled hundreds of miles to get that job. If English is her second language she might come across as more blunt than she intends to be. I do feel immigration has gone too far though, how can this country be in a recession and have millions of unemployed people/living on benefits but still let in hundreds of thousands of foreigners to work here? Crazy.

There are cnuts from everywhere in the world, just so happens there are a lot of different people from different country's in London which means your more likely to come across them....

Plus your surrounded by about 20 million other cnuts in London so really it's just one big cnut melting pot...
      Wouldn't worry about it
