      Just got an email about this, thought some on here might be interested:

      You won't get it either,they changed the conditions,you have to upload your video BEFORE they send you the t-shirt.

      Ahh i did a quick search before posting and didn't see anything.

      And with regards to getting the t-shirt, of course u need to upload the video to enter first.

      Oh well, dont think I'll bother then. I do like a freebie but cant be doing with posting a vid of me making a complete @rse of myself, unless there was cash involved!

      I reckon we should set up something similar for UK-M members. With some decent weight though. 60kg is **** all.

      I can barley finish a set @110k so for any decent volume of reps 60k would be about right for my size/strenght
