      This is my 3rd. Other have had good gains and results.

      what do you think of:

      Week 1 to 4 - Competitive Edge Labs H-Drol
      Week 4 to 8 - Competitive Edge Labs Stano Drol
      Week 8 to 12 - PCT Competitive Edge Labs PCT Assist
      Week 8 to 12 - Competitive Edge Labs Formestane

      Week 1 to 12 – Competitive Edge Cycle Assist
      Week 1 to 12 – creatine
      Week 1 to 12 – Protein
      Week 1 to 12 – Multi Vits (various)

      im good with my eating and have that and my training sorted.

      Im wondering if i need anything else in my PCT?

      any help advice would be great.

      You'r missing the important thing in your PCT, and its called SERM. Do your self a favour and get a Serm, because no SERM no Cycle.

      Ok great. Can you recommend one to go with this stack? one that i can buy in the uk. Also i forgot i have supress C to add in as per below.

      So would i take this SERM in weeks 8 to 12?

      Week 1 to 4 - Competitive Edge Labs H-Drol
      Week 4 to 8 - Competitive Edge Labs Stano Drol
      Week 8 to 12 - PCT Competitive Edge Labs PCT Assist
      Week 8 to 12 - Competitive Edge Labs Formestane
      Week 8 to 12 - SERM (TBC)

      Week 1 to 12 – Competitive Edge Cycle Assist

      Yea, start the SERM the day after your last Hdrol dosing. also i suggest you cycle Hdrol for 6 weeks. Four weeks is not enough IMO. Hdrol usually kicks in around week 3 or 4, so if you are going to cycle it for 4 weeks then you'll miss week 5 and 6 which are the best period of the cycle. why dont you stack Hdrol and stano for six weeks? then straight to PCT.

      Ok thanks for the advice. Can you name a good SERM?

      so you would suggest something like this?

      Yea looks good.Nolvadex tamoxifen will do it for Serm. you can dose it 20/20/10/10. You can add DAA to your PCT as well. How are you planning to dose the Hdrol?

      i will do 50/50/50/75/75/75.

      Can you provide a link to Nolvadex tamoxifen as im finding it difficult to tell the difference when google brings back the results...
