      How often mate ?

      I have done glutes for 13 yrs and still do.

      Not being sh*tty BTW, genuinely curious.

      thats cool bud , ive been injecting glutes eod and just feel like i need to give them a rest , got bad pip in right side just wanted to rotate abit more.

      Yeah EOD is regular mate, never ran anything that intense myself TBH.

      I would choose delt over pec any day tho.

      ive been giving it a good massage just a light ache was preety painless tbh would deffo do pecs again! byceps and quads just seem more scary than chest for some reason
