Manual work & Training For those that are finding their backs mashed, take a few grams of taurine each day. That stuff is a godsend. But im in the same camp as milky, i've learned to balanced it out. Though admittedly a cycle or two certainly helps, i have every intention of getting bigger and stronger, just so they'll have to kill themselves to knacker me out. Yeah i love my job me lol.
