Currently I am drinking a shake every morning which contains

      -1 whole banana

-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter

      - 1/2 cup of milk

I also eat a handful of nuts every morning.

So is this a good breakfest, what do I need to change, or what other option do I have? (NO EGGS)

It's good if you enjoy it, but it's meaningless in terms of nutrition outside of the context of your total daily intake.

That sounds like a snack. How fast do you get hungry after breakfast?

It's great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even as a snack so long as you're getting adequate calories and macro-nutrients on a daily basis. That's what matters in terms of body composition. Now whether you feel hungry, full or stuffed after this one specific meal will ultimately decide whether this is an adequate intake of calories for that one meal.

It's pretty filling, I eat about 7 meals a day so I get all the calories and macro-nutrients I need. Thanks for the help, it's greatly appreciated.

Pug is saying that meal timing doesn't matter. If you enjoy that many meals and it fits into your schedule then continue. If its a drag then eat fewer, bigger meals.

Yeah I know meal timing doesn't matter, but I find it easier to fit in everything I eat into small meals, I'm not a fan of eating a lot at one sitting.

I'm well aware of the intention of his leading question, mostly because it's obvious but also because it's a part of his MO. But if meal timing doesn't matter, why go on a witch hunt against numbers of meals greater than 4 regardless of whether the follower of such a protocol finds it troublesome or not?
