By weaker I mean literally , I cant lift like a man,there are some things men and women do very differently , I do not mean emotionally, psychologically more physical....

Id mess with their head until they are a broken person, then mould them into what you want them to be. I find pouring water on the bed each night so they think theyve wet themselves works a treat, they will never feel in control if they think theyre a bed wetter.
