      just done leg press and deads and cardio, would it be ok to jab quads with 2 ml after a couple hours?

      Yeah, although better to do them before the W/O IMO, can help with potential PIP

      Don't see why not mate, I jab quads then do some squats do get the oil moving?!

      cant see it having any negative effect, done it myself, just make sure u massage

      Before? Doing this really aggravates the injection site for me. I like doing it after the training, feels like a little reward for the quads :p

      Just personal preference for me. I find sometimes I get sore injection sites the next day if i shoot before training

      Either. Lots of blood in the muscle just before or after helps disperse it.
