      Has anyone else found there appetite has wained the older they become or is this just a natural phenomenum ?

      Mine is rubbish now compared to 20 yrs ago, even 10 yrs ago TBH, l wish l could eat more but l have no desire too.

      I read some of you guys cheat meals and think " man alive l couldnt eat that in a day ".

      Do you think your stomach is like any other muscle, it needs training ?

      I hope you can train your stomach, i will definitely give it a go if its possible.

      I've noticed my appetite has gradually got better over the years. When I started training it was a constant force feeding mission.

      have good and bad day most days can bang loads of food into my belly other days really struggle.

      today is not good food day

      i eat loads.more so since giving up smoking at xmas.i always get moaned at at work for the amount of food i bring to work and dont share it with the wasters that dont get up on time in the morning to make their lunch.
