      couple of issues HELP PLEASE

      Not done a site injection yet, just the usual 3 sites. Did traps with a bluey a while back. Holy sh!t!

      @ewen, i was thinking this!!! i think the movement of the needle in my delt has coursed a bit of rupture, and the fact the gear didnt go in properly wouldnt of helped it, never agen thats all i say

      haha did your lass do it for ya ?

      i like pinning delts not sure if the oil has helped them grow or not but my shoulders are lots bigger since pinning them .

      now you know what not to do , it could of been far worse but leave the site for as long as you can 2 months would be good then open it again .

      ewen, you find the same with ur pecs? after jabbin them what was ur chest development like? any differences?
