I am currently researching a pct and am a bit confused about tamoxifen, do you use this as a pct or run it along side a cycle?

i used it after my first cycle! i belive it helps to bring your natural test levels back up to normal, helpin u keep ur gains too!
and i think alot of ppl use it alongside there aas in the later stages of there cycles! thats just to my knowledge anyway!

well i had 3 boxes, i think there was like 20 in a box or so, 30mg a tab , i took 4 a day for the 1st week then 3a day for the second then 2 for the 3rd week then just took 1 a day until they were gone! it may hav been wrong but it worked for me mate!
like yourself i read soo many different blokes sayin soo many different ways, i just thought f**k it il do it my own way! trial and error my friend! how much gear u plannin on takin to start with?
i know if u start gettin signs of gyno then u wanna start takin 2 a day for rest of ur course! just to be safe like! but i never felt any signs! might do next time round tho coz doing more gear!

You can run it along with your cycle or as a pct. Running it along with your cycle it helps stop the lads going on holidays, use a small dose say 10mg ed should b plenty.

Think you're confusing this with HCG.

Nolva is an anti-oestrogen so its primary function in simple terms is to block oestrogen. There's some stuff that say it can contribute to restarting HTPA but you're better off using HCG and/or Clomid for PCT.
