      Ok say you had like 15,000 calories plus in one day of binging on crap . How much fat and damage to your physique could it actually do in just in one day? Could it significantly mess you up?

      What are your experiences?

      How much fat can you gain in one day of all out binging?

      I would pay to watch someone eat 15.000 calories in a day without being sick.

      Depends......how you eat for the rest of the week etc...activity levels annnnnd so on.

      Now imagine your 15k cals is maintenance for the week...ate in one day....your gonna gain if you so much as sniff anymore food...

      I assume you will be eating every day from now till the 7 day period is over..now add those cals to your 15k then subtract from your weeks number. Should give you and idea of gain over the week.

      How much fat can you gain in one day of all out binging?

      I had about 13,000 over 3 days a few weekends ago, gained 9lbs by the Tuesday evening, then 2000 cals /day for the rest of the week and all gone by Saturday morning.

      That fatty that needed half her house demolished to get to the hospital done it daily!

      Nick stop worrying and just stick to your diet from now on!You're prob doing more damage by worrying and raising cortisol levels

      Probably a fiver. lol Tight I know but I would be the one who would have to sit for a whole day watching someone pig out. If anything I should be paid for observing the task.

      Mate you really need to stop being worried about gaining weight You are lean as any thing. I remember one of your privies threads you said you had an all out binge on salad and rice cakes lol! it is estimated for every 1000cal surplus you gain a pound off body fat, In my personal experience that is not true unless you are completely sedentary or have 0 muscle mass.

      glenn ross used to eat more than 15,000 a day

      although he didnt quite have zane'esque beauty to that frame of his lol
