      took my first jab tonight of my test e . i took 1ml at 300mg planning on doing this twice a week till my two viles are done do u think i will see much gains from this? and wasnt planning running my nolva till test was done but now considering starting it half way through. advice welcome.

      No need to use nolva unless you need to, are you running ai? & yes gains will ne good providing diet & training in check obviously

      yeah never really used the pct mid cycle. it was just a thought as its my first cycle in a couple of years.

      Personaly id only start using mid cycle if signs of gyno start appearing no point using for nowt

      thing is if you get it youll shat your pants!

      run an ai mate, best choice i ever made! wouldnt cycle without one now!

      its awful if you get it mate, prevention is better than cure.
