      alright after reading martins "guide" to alcohol and fat loss i have some questions

      1. first off do you agree with it?
      2. he reccommends keeping fats at .3g/kg and carbs(from veggies) at 1.5g/kg BW. is their any point to follow this?
      3. if i have my last meal at say 8 o clock but drink until midnight, does my Fast start at 8 or midnight?
      4. if alcohol cannot be stored in the body then why should we count the calories(in vodka). i understand counting beer and other carb loaded alcohol but why count alcohol calories?

      2) PSMF = Protein Sparing Modified Fast
      RFL = Rapid Fat Loss (From Lyle)

      It is basically hit your protein minimum, get some fish oil for your fat intake and carbs from veggie sources (and kept to minimum). That's the essence of it.
