      WTF ... Biggest waste of £3.99 ever. Mostly adverts for aftershave, razors, watches and cars I cant afford. An artical on "how to sell no-strings sex" and Some bollox about plan b. Did get a nice sample of issey miyake though!

      Men's Health is a cyclic magazine anyhow. If you can find 6 months of back issues you have all they can offer anyway, all they do is snip the fitness articles, shuffle them, then spew them back into a new copy. Clever but cheeky.

      i once saw one of there workout where your train arms 8 hours

      supersetting tri's & bi's and only breaking for meals. apparently add inch to ya arms in one day
