      A bit like the one the other day, a chap called Charles phoned me from India saying, "as a Microsoft customer your PC is infected with a virus". I was sat their laughing my bollox off when all of a sudden he said, "is there something a matter sir"? I said yeah I haven't got a PC. He called me a b@stard and put the phone down.
