      Anyone got a protein shake shaker they can post to me or know where I can get a free one?

      If there are none available free, ill get one from amazon.

      just buy one, theyre cheap as chips.

      Im sure you dont really want a smelly second hand one.

      Sports Direct sell them for 99p if there's a shop near you.

      Alternatively, most whey companies send a free shaker with a large order (5kg+)

      Alternatively, go to Bodypowerexpo this weekend and hit the Pro-10 stand for a free shaker.

      Might be asking a bit much for someone just to post you a shaker out of the goodness of their own heart, but you never know unless you ask I suppose.

      Edit: You could always ask your PT to give you one of his in exchange for naked pics?

      I've got a half used vial of tren and 2 pairs of old socks if that would do?You'll need to pay the postage though.
