Joking aside, I think the guy likes the attention he gets. I mean, surely no-one can literally be so stupid to think that smashing up a police cell is acceptable just because you've been arrested and then wonder why you get charged for criminal damage. I think it's all a bit of an act personally. What did he get banned for?
