      I will upload few photos and if you try to help me or just guess my body fat
      honestly i have no idea of what is my BF%
      Trying to cut at the moment!
      I bought Calipers on Ebay but acording to them by body fat is 4% and according to body bf scale my body fat is 22%
      So help out lads girls and dont freak out i erase my faces on photos

      I've got the eBay one and I didn't get any instructions?!?, it says 11mm on the gauge what's that in %? Sorry to thread jump.

      just under 14% i would say...id be more worried about your eyes though.

      12-15% give or take a few %
      It is hard to tell due to your pics not showing the back. Different people hold lard in different body areas.
