      Nah bro it's all about dem Nike Free run+'s.....I could run for days.....literally days!

      I cycle on my hybrid Norco bike. I bought a bike computer to tell me my speed, distance, + a million other things. I love it.

      The bike ride is for enjoyment and the burned calories are a bonus.

      this helps a lot with my run (military thing)

      I bought nike free run for my ipod nano..awesome investment..ran 6 miles in 1 hour the other day..training for spartan race in oct

      SRS? My Zigs are ready to be put out of commission. 1) They are starting to smell 2) They are yellow and pink.

      So these Nike Free Runs+'s...they the deal?

      100% SRS. Best shoe I have ever run in. Light weight, comfortable and they looks bad ass. Check em out
