just thought id say hi , just joined my local gym, lifted a bit a few years back but nothing major so im really new to all this , any advice would be great to staring out , good diet to start and got a bit of fat to lose not loads lol, yes those are prawn crackers on my head in my pic ...lol dont ask , cheeers stu
