      Hey everyone
So from the other thread i opened, people advised me for my goals to try a body recomp.
I googled it and it got me to Lyle Mcdonalds site which i have already read most of the articles there, yet i seem to not fully understand what a body recomp is..
I am not new to nutrition at all, but although i have heard this name various times before, i don't fully understand what it is and how you do it.

Can anyone help me with it?
      Thanks

Did you delete the thread so people wouldn't find out your lying. Several people advised you to bulk. Nobody suggested a recomp but you.

Deleted it so there wouldn't be 2 threads by me on a similar topic. I have nothing to hide. All I want to know is what a body recomp is, even if no one recommended it (just for the record someone did recommend it in the thread)

The idea is to slowly change your body composition by losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time, and I do stress the "slowly" part. You eat around maintenance and engage in progressive weight training.

You'd be better off bulking. A recomp is hard to get right, and more likely to stall than produce results.

OP, you should bulk right now, you're only 134 lbs. Eat big, lift hard, and stay consistent.

I answered this in your other thread. It was then deleted after myself and another poster suggested you bulk
