      When jabbing glutes i know its upper outer do you jab from the side of the glute to get to the upper outer or from behind? hope you understand what i mean. thanks

      It's the upper outer quadrant as someone would see it if looking at your **** from standing behind.

      Glute jabs go in nice and easy, I just find it hard to remain steady from the awkward positioning a reaching around, and then my back goes into spasm from twisting lol..

      Whatever way you spin it it's still the same place, because from the side the "outer" bit is gonna be top right quadrant, and from the back "outer" is gonna be top left quadrant.....

      Fckin hell there are enough diagrams online spelling this out...

      Think he means at what angle does the needle go in not were it goes in. Does the needle go in straight as if u were stood behind the person getting jabbed or does the needle enter from the side of the glute??? Well that's how I read it.lol
