      am wanting to lose weight down to 14 stone, I do cardio 3 x e.w. and lift weights 3x e.w. hopeing to do mma for fitness and self defence and want some roid to assist recuperation and performance to make things a little easier????

      I think it was a comment on how you need to read up a bit more maybe? Look at the stickys etc make your own choice.

      guys I no I need a good diet, alongside good training regime, and to reach my peek naturally, I also no that injectable s are probably
      the ideal, I was just asking as there could quite easily be people on here with that exact same experience, bounce in with good advice.
