I just bulked from 170lb to 200lb in the span of 3.5 months. I did GOMAD (1% milk) and didn't really count calories, but I'm assuming I ate within the range of 3.5-4k calories a day (I ate a lot of natty peanut butter too). For supplements I'm taking fish oil, a multivitamin, Uni-Liver, beta alanine for pre/post-workout and melatonin before I go to bed. I drink 2 gallons of water a day. I honestly have no idea what my bodyfat % is but I would assume around 15-20% and I want to cut down to 10-12% within a few months. I have cut in the past but that was in high school and I was practically starving myself. Please critique my cutting diet (new to cutting) Why would you consume food 6 times per day (including your "post workout shake") when you're only consume 1,900 calories?
Please critique my cutting diet (new to cutting) Increased hunger from frequent meals, made worse by the fact that 4 of your meals are composed of protein shakes (which often provide lower satiety than solid meals).
Please critique my cutting diet (new to cutting) Based on what? You don't know his TDEE so you have no idea if your caloric intake is too low (though it seems likely it is too low). And you do know that his dietary fat intake is deficient and so is his intake of micronutrients.
Please critique my cutting diet (new to cutting) You have been bit by the muscle mag supplement bug!! Op, please do yourself a real big favor and take the first steps in forgetting everything you think you know about nutrition and start learning everything you need to know. I would suggest you start with the stickies above! Begin here, then proceed to the information in the other stickies, but don't stop there, you clearly have access to google, or possibly I-Tunes, you can find a mountain of information at each. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981 Good Luck!!!
Please critique my cutting diet (new to cutting) I'm open to suggestions. Do you think I should combine meals 1 & 2?

Please critique my cutting diet (new to cutting) Not always true. Whey protein is amazing for satiety.
