      Just doing low dose tbol as a recomp until around september time

      Im thinking 40mg ed WC tbol?

      Good/bad idea?

      imo its fine from recent studies ive read on orals ran long term

      18 week oral cycle to long?

      Im only on day 3 of pct but i have 3 tubs of tbol here and 1 tub of var

      Im thinking low dose tbol up until my hols

      try cut drinking down to a minimum

      The only think that worries me is that my mate done 2 SD cycle either side of xmas and it battered his liver. To the point where he ended up having 3 operations on it, he got severe jaundice(he is still yellow) 2 weeks in hospital etc etc

      studies may say its fine, but i would still get liver values checked half way through to see whats what as everyone is different

      i guess so as long as you keep the dose low

      what is it you are hoping to achieve? whats your goal?

      My goal is to keep what muscle i have whilst getting down to around 10%BF

      Its more of a recomp than a straight cut?

      If i find that i am still high BF closer to my hols then i will up cardio/drop carbs etc etc

      iv not got them dude the site there on is like a maze lol. its drol and dbol use in aids/ cancer patients. ausbuilt has the links im sure.

      so your goal is 10%, what are you now?

      im just thinking thats a long time to be recomping why not just do a straight cut and maintain, any reason?

      No reason to be honest.

      Might be a good idea

      In all honesty i would say im about 20/25 % now

      my only thoughts are that im on day 3 of pct form test/eq cycle.

      Obviously im still trying to get my natty test levels back up, if i start the tbol will my levels keep rising until the amount tbol shuts you down or would i stay as shut down as i am now currently???
