      Just wondering if 12 whole eggs a day is too much?

      How many whole eggs do you eat?

      I tried that many, raw, for a few days.
      In the end I just ended up with chronic stomach pains so now I limit it to 4/6 max.

      i cant do raw eggs.do u mix them up with anything? i just scramble them

      5 every morning, dont believe in throwing the yoke away as thats wasting calories!

      don't do the yolk removing thing, but in general i tend to have anything between 6-8 eggs per day. never have them raw though as i cant deal with the texture, its either boiled/poached or scrambled for me.

      How many whole eggs do you eat?

      Usually 4-6, but that's of course a meaningless number unless you know what else I eat during the day, no?
