      Hydrate then just have a 20 min cardio session. Your body will thank you and you'll also sweat out toxins and burn some calories from all the beer and you'll get the feel good factor from the natural endorphins.

      And Booooooom goes the dynamite!

      done it a few times lately.

      dropped no strength, just had a bigger headache after the weights. so added in a bit of light cardio after and hey presto = all good.

      Led in bed listening to Rebecca Ferguson, eating Nutella from the jar and feeling sorry for myself would suggest I drank enough. I'm all man.
