I was watching a strongman competition on TV the other day and wondered how strong you actually have to be to flip say an Ford Focus car. Obviously I have never actually tried it (even when drunk) but wondered how many people on here reckon they could do it?

Well its a lot easier than deadlifting the full weight. I'm not saying I could flip a car. But theres no correct form you can use all your muscles how ever the hell you like. I mean I could probaly bicep curl double what I can if I used my legs, added a swing to it and leant back incorporating my back muscles.

Fiat Panda maybe....High centre of gravity, get the bouncy castle suspension going for momentum and a big push (would be a roll not a 'flip' though). Think it would be doable as they're about 700kg.

*awaits there to be a nationwide Panda flipping phenomenon on YouTube
