      At what age will you stop ?

      You mean Bernie Cooper. Top guy. I've got a couple of pals in their mid 50's, one of whom competes nationally. I can't see either of these guys quitting anytime soon. In fact I know more over 40 users than under tbh. Maybe I need to talk to youngsters more lol....

      tht bernie trains at the gym just up the road from me, doesent look like hes 50 yet nevermind in his 60's

      At what age will you stop ?

      As soon as I retire I will be quitting the gym, quitting the gear and having a regular seat in the pub, yes I strive to be one of those old guys!!
