Convince me to stop Keto please. Does eating in a deficit just lead to the same thing - feeling tired in the gym? Or does the deficit come about from burning about ~500 extra calories on top of BMR?

Convince me to stop Keto please. It's probably incorrect. It's no different than Dr. Oz saying that safflower oil is a magic fat loss potion or that sprinkling a powder on your food will help you lose weight. Weight loss is calories in vs. calories out. Everything else should be taken with a very large grain of salt. Actually, a 50-pound bag of salt.
Convince me to stop Keto please. Not a good idea to try to get people to convince you that a diet sucks when there are others out there having great success on it. In fact, it's a pretty damn insulting. If you don't want to do it - don't fecking do it. It's a simple as that. BTW.
