      i have a photo shoot in 3 weeks im thinking of runnin halo prior to the date.
      the only problem is i take tramadol for a back injury
      im a little worried about liver toxicity
      i dont drink alcohol and drink plenty of water

      any advice anyone or similar problems can share

      my opinion run milk thistle alongside the halo, and add 2mg arimedex and anavar and proviron.. with u controlling yr water intake as well.. i reckon you will good in the shoot...

      Im reading time and time again that milk thistle has no benefit thta has been clinicaly proven??

      it seemed to help me... alot of guys run the himalaya liver tabs range which also wrk...wont do no harm...water intake critical...

      ive got pharma arim so 1mg a day will do im using 5iu hgh in morn permanently and ghrp6 pwo and before bed
      im taking 6shots sust a week and 750mg bold . im keeping lean on only .5mg arim eod
      im thinking 20mg halo 10mg morn 10mg 30 min pre workout
      my strengths hurrendous i struggled to bench a plate and a half today im only 13st 9
