      Been 12 days now with zero carbs... Ive just ordered a 6" cream and jam icing birthday cake from the local bakers for next wednesday..... Guess what im having as a cheat meal/day.... Yup a whole birthday cake to myself and its not even my birthday!

      Pics next wednesday!

      That will be all.

      Well deserved mate after 12 days, it'd be impressive if you make it through your takeaway and full cake. I know my eyes are bigger than my belly come cheat day and I'm used to falling short of finishing. Good luck though!
