I’ve lost a lot of weight 120+ pounds during the pandemic. I have several cycles under my belt. Blasting and cruising last 6 years. Now I’m working on maintence as I go through rehab for a surgical repair to by bicep tendon.

cruising right now until next blast. Next blast will be test, deca, EQ and anadrol. One of my favorite cycles is that.

look forward to sharing our goals.

      41 years old, 6’1, 240lbs.

Welcome to RMF, norcal707. Losing more than 120 pounds is a substantial change. What helped you stick with it?

Hope the biceps tendon rehab is progressing well. Are you back doing some training within your rehab team’s guidance, or mainly concentrating on recovery for now?

You’re welcome to start a journal to track your return to training. It would be good to hear what maintenance looks like for you at the moment and what goals you’re working towards once you’re cleared.
