Welcome to the thread for all the strong women out there lifting hard and making serious progress.

Whether you’re just starting or deep into your journey, post your progress pics, training splits, and what motivates you.

Let’s build a supportive, inspiring space for female lifters.

What’s your current goal? Cutting? Bulking? Competing?

Just wanted to say I think it’s awesome that this space exists. There’s so much strength in seeing women lift, share, and support each other without judgment.

Having a dedicated area where female lifters can post progress, talk training, or even just vent is hugely valuable, especially in a scene that can still feel very male-dominated.

Whether you're prepping for a comp, just starting out, or lifting for personal growth, your journey matters.

Respect to everyone sharing their goals and pushing themselves.

Just to add to this, it would be good to develop this into a welcoming muscle girl forum for women interested in building strength, developing muscle and sharing their progress.

This need not be limited to photographs. Members are welcome to discuss their training routines, favourite exercises, nutrition, recovery, competitions or any difficulties they have encountered along the way. Beginners should also feel comfortable asking questions, even if they are only just starting their first proper strength-training programme.

There are plenty of different goals represented within female fitness, from becoming stronger and healthier to bodybuilding, powerlifting and developing a more muscular physique. It would be interesting to hear what everyone is working towards and what first encouraged you to start lifting.

Please keep any feedback on progress pictures friendly, respectful and constructive. The idea is to build a supportive female muscle-building community where members can learn from one another without feeling judged.

What are your current training goals, and which part of your programme are you finding the most challenging?

It’s interesting to hear how women approach muscle building, as there can be quite a difference between training for strength, adding visible muscle and preparing for a bodybuilding competition.

From a male perspective, I think the most impressive progress usually comes from consistency rather than constantly changing routines. It would be useful to hear from the women on this muscle girl forum about the exercises, training splits and nutrition changes that have made the biggest difference.

Do you train mainly for strength, muscle definition or overall fitness? It would also be interesting to know whether you have found certain muscle groups easier or more difficult to develop.
