      We are often asked about advice for yound bodybuilders starting on what can be a complex journey. Hopefully this will give you a start:-
      • Start with the basics: Focus on mastering the basic exercises and building a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced techniques. The basics, such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and overhead presses, will help you build a solid base of strength/
      • Have a plan: Develop a training plan that is tailored to your goals and stick to it. Consistency is key in bodybuilding.
      • Proper form: Always use proper form and technique when lifting weights. Poor form can lead to injuries and hinder your progress.
      • Nutrition: Proper nutrition is crucial for building muscle and achieving your bodybuilding goals. Eat a balanced diet that is rich in protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
      • Rest and recovery: Allow for adequate rest and recovery time between workouts. This allows your muscles to recover and grow.
