Apart from eggs, you also eat chicken. Chicken contains a lot of proteins.

Is there any way we can amalgamate egg whites and tuna for an edible meal?

Found this interesingt feedback on egg white and tuna combinations:-

      • High-quality protein: Both egg whites and tuna are excellent sources of high-quality protein. Protein is essential for building and repairing tissues, supporting muscle growth, and maintaining overall health.
      • Low in calories: Egg whites are low in calories and contain no fat or cholesterol, making them a popular choice for those watching their calorie intake or following a low-fat diet. Tuna, especially when packed in water, is also relatively low in calories while providing a good amount of protein.
      • Essential nutrients: Egg whites are rich in essential nutrients such as vitamins B2, B12, and selenium. Tuna, particularly the canned variety, is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health, brain function, and reducing inflammation.
      • Satiety and weight management: A meal combining egg whites and tuna can be quite filling due to their protein content. Protein helps increase satiety, keeping you feeling fuller for longer periods, which may aid in weight management or weight loss efforts.
      • Versatile and easy to prepare: Both egg whites and tuna can be prepared in various ways, providing flexibility and versatility in your meals. Egg whites can be cooked in omelets, scrambled, or added to smoothies, while tuna can be used in salads, sandwiches, or mixed into pasta dishes.
