      I would be interested in what you have to put yourself through as you approach a professional competition?

      Thanks Mark! I live and breathe my sport 365 days a year, which means for me coming into a competition it isn't a massive and drastic change to my lifestyle. I am always preparing, lifting and eating with my next show in mind. As show day approaches, my food intake typically reduces slightly to enter a deficit, and some short bursts of high intensity interval training is implemented.
