      Chicken and Turkey Breasts
      Lean Beef and Veal
      Fish (Tuna, Salmon)
      Non-Fat Cheese
      Eggs (Egg Whites)
      Nuts and Seeds (Peanuts, Pumpkin Seeds)
      Yogurt and Milk

      When you see the above list, surely it must be fairly easy to put together some nice tasty (and healthy) meals?

      When looking into proteins, it was interesting to learn that:

      • Hair and nails are mostly made of protein
      • Protein helps to repair and rebuild body tissue
      • Protein is also an important ingredient when the body makes enzymes, hormones and other important chemicals
      • Protein is an important element when building bone, muscle, cartilage, skin and blood
      • A high-protein diet helps to “tame hunger” and can aid weight loss
